At Arnold’s Boat shop, we stock thousands of products from hundreds of brands and list over 40 000 products. For this reason, along with some local and international shipping issues, we may not have stock on the shelf every time a product is ordered. However, this is our commitment to you:
- Where stock is not available (by which we mean it may be in transit, on back order, or temporarily unavailable), we will contact you as soon as we can.
- We will provide customers with an estimate of its arrival.
- We will provide information on other comparable items, where relevant, that may suit your needs.

Most purchases will be shipped within 2-5 business days of placing an order.
- For capital cities, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
- For large regional towns, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
- For more remote locations, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email containing tracking details which will allow you to monitor your purchase. Please note that at peak times throughout the year, shipping may unfortunately take longer than usual. Though this is out of our control, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that there may also be shipping delays due to COVID-19-related shipping issues.
Shipping costs will vary according to the weight and price of your purchase. They are as follows:
- Orders over $499: free
- Orders under $499: $18.00
- For heavy items and delivery to remote areas, there may be additional costs. If the cost is vastly different to our standard delivery price, a member of our team will contact you prior to dispatch to notify you and arrange payment (or issue a refund).

Shipping Insurance is offered on all orders at checkout. By accepting this insurance, you will be covered for any items lost or damaged during transit only. Theft after proof of delivery will not be covered. For lost items, confirmation from the courier must be received before a replacement or refund will be issued.
Insurance is mandatory on a limited number of items such as Toilets and some seats due to the nature of the item.
For any purchases where a change-of-mind occurs, or an incorrect item has been chosen, you have up to 30 days from time of delivery to return the product (at your own cost) for an exchange or a store credit, or a full refund within 7 days of delivery. These items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging prior to an exchange, store credit or refund being made. If the item is not returned in this condition a restocking fee maybe applied. Refunds, credits or exchanges will be processed within 7 days.
